Welcome to Thin Red Line Pressure Washing, LLC. These Terms and Conditions apply to services provided by Thin Red Line Pressure Washing, LLC, referred to below as “Thin Red Line Pressure Washing,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” By requesting an estimate, scheduling a service, or allowing work to begin, the customer agrees to these terms.
Thin Red Line Pressure Washing provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including soft house washing, soft roof washing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, paver cleaning and sealing, wood and fence cleaning, window and screen cleaning, and specialty stain and graffiti removal.
The exact scope of work will be based on the estimate, service agreement, invoice, or written confirmation provided to the customer. Any additional work requested outside the original scope may require revised pricing and approval.
The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the areas included in the scheduled service.
For interior window cleaning, an adult must be present unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.
Customers should unlock necessary doors, gates, and windows before the scheduled arrival.
Furniture, decorations, electronics, outdoor items, and other fragile or valuable items should be moved away from work areas whenever possible.
Thin Red Line Pressure Washing is not responsible for delays or incomplete service caused by inaccessible areas.
Exterior cleaning may reveal existing stains, oxidation, loose siding, damaged roofing, deteriorated wood, cracked surfaces, failed window seals, damaged screens, loose gutters, or other conditions that were not visible before cleaning.
Thin Red Line Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage caused by defective, improperly installed, loose, aged, cracked, deteriorated, or previously damaged surfaces, fixtures, roofing materials, windows, gutters, pavers, or other property features.
Weather conditions may affect the safety, timing, or quality of exterior cleaning services. Thin Red Line Pressure Washing may reschedule or pause work due to rain, high winds, lightning, extreme temperatures, unsafe roof conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible when a weather-related schedule change is necessary.
Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Pricing may be adjusted if the property condition, access requirements, surface condition, or requested scope differs from what was originally described.
Payment is due according to the terms stated on the estimate or invoice. Late payments may be subject to reasonable collection costs or fees where permitted by law.
Customers should provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling. A cancellation fee may apply when service is cancelled with insufficient notice or after the team has already traveled to the property.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the property and requested service. Pets should be secured, alarm systems should be managed, and work areas should be kept reasonably clear.
The customer must inform Thin Red Line Pressure Washing of any hazards, restricted areas, damaged surfaces, electrical concerns, unstable structures, or other conditions that may affect safe service.
Thin Red Line Pressure Washing strives to provide professional, detail-focused results. However, some stains, oxidation, rust, graffiti, paint, mineral deposits, permanent discoloration, deeply embedded buildup, or existing surface damage may not be fully removable through standard cleaning.
Specialty restoration or stain-removal work may require a separate estimate and is not included unless specifically listed in writing.
Any concerns about completed work should be reported promptly so we can review the service and determine an appropriate resolution.
To the extent permitted by law, Thin Red Line Pressure Washing is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from delayed service, inaccessible areas, pre-existing damage, defective property components, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
